Huelga de loteros el día del sorteo de Navidad

«Pedimos comisiones justas»

La plataforma «loteros en la lucha» convoco una huelga el día del sorteo extraordinario de Navidad, en los puertas del teatro Real de Madrid,

La principal reivindicación de este colectivo es la subida de las comisiones. Los puntos de venta de Lotería se rigen por el régimen de autónomos, pero tienen una relación de carácter mercantil con la Sociedad Estatal de Loterías y Apuestas del Estado (Selae), que les autoriza a vender sus productos a cambio de una comisión. Por cada décimo que venden para el sorteo de Navidad, el juego más popular de este negocio, los loteros se llevan el 4%, es decir 80 céntimos. Para poder entender la reivindicación los loteros nos explican que mientras  el IPC en estos 17 años ha subido un 31 % sus comisiones han permanecido invariables, siendo para juegos activos del 5,5%, de juegos pasivos del 6%.
