Según hemos podido leer en la noticia de 20 minutos (pulsa aquí) «La Generalitat está estudiando introducir un sistema de devolución de colillas para fomentar su reciclaje. El sistema consistiría en un cargo de 20 céntimos por cigarrillo, cuatro euros por paquete, que se podrían recuperar si se devuelve la colilla.»

Si bien es cierto que las colillas del tabaco pueden ser un problema medioambiental, y que es una buena noticia que se estén buscando soluciones para resolverlo, hay que tener cuidado con estas soluciones y sobre todo a quien involucran.

dentro de la noticia podemos leer «las máquinas para devolver las colillas estuvieran en aquellos lugares donde se puede comprar tabaco» y esto puede ser un verdadero problema para los expendedores, y nos podemos imaginar que nadie se habrá puesto en contacto con el colectivo o asociaciones de Barcelona que es donde se esta planteando este asunto.

Alguien ha pensado en el espacio que habrá que destinar a dichas maquinas, y si hay algún problema en la devolución ¿Quién atiende al consumidor final? y si hay que almacenar muchas colillas ¿Qué pasa con el olor que puede desprender?, y ¿Cómo se plantea la recogida de dichos residuos?

Esperemos que de una buena idea que es buscar una solución a los residuos del tabaco, no surja un calvario para el colectivo de estanqueros, y esto se soluciona fácil, simplemente hablando con el sector e involucrándolo en la búsqueda de la solución óptima
