Pero tras el diálogo y la voluntad de las partes implicadas se avanzó hacia una subida lineal que es lo más lógico en el contexto actual, para poner en valor y reconocimiento el trabajo que está realizando la red de ventas.
Dentro de las negociaciones hay un amplio paquete de medidas para la modificación de juegos existentes y la incorporación de nuevos juegos, junto con un incremento del umbral de pago de premios.
La reforma estrella sin duda alguna viene por el preacuerdo con la actualización lineal de las comisiones, que suponen una subida media del 6% sobre las comisiones pagadas en 2021, esto supone un incremento en las partidas destinadas a comisiones de 39 millones de euros. Con esta cantidad se llegó a un principio de acuerdo para aplicar las comisiones de la siguiente forma y que entrarían en vigor aproximadamente en el mes de abril, una vez se completen las formalidades legalmente exigidas: Lotería de Navidad, aumento de 0,50 y se queda en el 4,50 %, Juegos activos (La Primitiva, Joker, Bonoloto, El Gordo de la Primitiva, Euromillones, Lototurf y Quíntuple Plus), aumento de 0,40 y la comisión pasa a ser del 5,90 %, asimismo el umbral de pago de premios se sitúa en 310.000 €.
Estos ajustes de comisiones se enmarcan en un paquete de medidas que incluyen un nuevo sorteo de La Primitiva para el lunes y un nuevo sorteo de BonoLoto para el domingo, que se pretenden lanzar durante este año 2022. Para culminar el paquete de medidas, se lanzarán dos nuevos juegos, que ayudarán a incrementar las ventas y comisiones. El primero, en 2023 y un segundo, en estudio, previsiblemente para 2024. Con estas medidas se aumentarán las ventas y el volumen de negocio y por consiguiente, el porcentaje de comisiones.
